CONSULTANCY AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE HACKNEY ENTERPRISE AND TRAINING PROGRAMME VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR MYBNK AND FOODWORKS TENANT SERVICES AUTHORITY FUNDED IGP GRANT AWARDED TO GENESIS COMMUNITY (2008-2010) We are the delivery partner for the Genesis Community Housing Corporation's Innovation and Good Practice Grant (£75,000.00) for early intervention to tackling worklessness using a 360 degree joined up approach across subsidiaries and developing frontline staff to promote life change opportunites amongst their customers. GENEISIS COMMUNITY EMPLOYABILITY ENTERRPISE & TRAINING PROGRAMME (2007-2009) Genesis Community - the charitable arm of the social landlord Genesis Housing Group. We were engaged to scope out, recommend and implement a strategy to engage their workless and economically inactive customers. We subsequently designed and developed an Employability Enterprise and Training (EET) Programme for Genesis Community resulting in their core budget increase by (£250,000.00). The EET programe has also become the bedrock of their involvement in tackling worklessness in London boroughs of Hackney and Westminster.
